Spokane, then off to Seattle

Stayed for 2 days at mom & dad's in Loon Lake. Ate like a king! Was so nice to be able to spend time there! They are both doing great, healthy & happy! 
Thursday afternoon I visited my older sister Michelle & her husband Wil, went with mom & dad. Had good conversation & dinner. Forgot to get a pic, oops 😬 They live in a nice place in Deer Park north of Seattle. Literally deer park, had one visit as we were visiting! 

Slept at Deb & Ken's (next older sister) new place in Spokane last night. Had good chats & then a tasty omelette for breakfast! 


Got my Starbucks coffee ☕ & headed off to Seattle to see Tom & Rick.

Poured rain through the pass.



Stopped for lunch at the top.

Friday night at Uncle Russ & Aunt Ann's, all my cousins were here for chicken dinner. Ann Marie & her husband Jim, Bill (Brian), Donna (Renee), + uncle Bruce arrived! Had a great time my entire stay here! Catching up on the latest, reminiscing on old times, games, + awesome food!  Thx to Donna (& all who helped) for the amazing chicken bacon ranch tomato avocado cucumber wraps! Num nums! Heading out to Natalie's apartment in State College, PA. Chilly frosty clear Tennessee morning! Took a slightly different road to get to highway 81, was able to get a great view of the hills surrounding the Strands!

Meteor Crater, Arizona

Just east of Grand Canyon, checked out meteor crater, pretty amazing! You can see the crater off in the distance. There was a lot of displaced earth when this meteor hit! Entering into the visitor's center, lots of stuff to do & see! Here is a picture frame of the San Francisco peaks off in the distance on the left. This was solid metal. Crazy heavy! Got here too late. Oh well 🙄 Evening sun to soon go down... Lots of viewing spots.  🧐 The impact spot.  Cool place! Hard to imagine this happening!

Niagara Falls at night

Took a little detour to Niagara Falls on the way back home. Stayed the night at  hotel located very close to the falls. Cool walk to the falls. Ran across a skunk & some raccoons on the pathway. The American side Heading towards Horseshoe Falls,  Best viewed from the Canadian side. Pretty impressive,  even at night!
